Returns & Exchanges

We offer a complimentary return service for all orders returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition with all Roland Mouret tags attached. Please ensure the security ribbon remains intact, as items with a removed or damaged ribbon will not be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the shipping box, ensuring the return pro-forma invoice is included if applicable.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid DHL or courier label to the outside of the box and drop it off at a local collection point or schedule a complimentary pick-up through the carrier website.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier has inspected and approved the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
